To avail the services offered at www.divinetravelplans.com, you must agree to the following terms and conditions: Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. While using any current or future services offered by us whether or not discussed during the booking, you will abide by our Terms & Conditions the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service.

Outstation Multiple Days Bookings

Driver Allowance is not included and is usually Rs.300/- or 10% of the daily fare whichever is higher.

Daily KM Limit for trips booked for multiple days is 300 as an average.

Start time of the journey is from 6am to 10pm, Driver needs to be relieved at 10 PM or 22:00 Hrs after which additional charges of 150/Hr is payable.

We strongly advise you not to over exert our drivers as he needs his rest to do his job properly. Night driving however if absolutely necessary will be charged at Rs.300/instance which is applicable from 00:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs.

Inter State Taxes/Toll Taxes/Parking/Entry Tax are not included in the package fares and need to be paid directly.

The charges quoted are calculated based on the current fuel prices and are subject to change.

We are not responsible for any of your valuables, you need to ensure their safety at all times

Vehicle Reservation fee of Rs.500/- has to be paid when a request for all of our services on offer. The same will be adjusted in the final amount payable.

One Way Outstation/Intercity Trips

Kilometers will be calculated from your First Pickup Location.

Free Pick & Drop from the start point to drop point. Additional pickup & drop charges will be Rs.200/- for pickup/drop.

There are no waiting charges up to first 30 minutes. After 30 minutes charges will be Rs.150/Hr.

One way kilometer limit is mentioned for destinations that are listed. (Extra Charges will be payable per KM above the limit provided)

Toll-Tax & Parking Charges are Excluded.

Vehicle Reservation fee of Rs.500/- has to be paid when a request for all of our services on offer. The same will be adjusted in the final amount payable.

Mumbai Local Cab Rental

Starting Km/End and duration will be considered from where the first pickup/final drop and when the vehicle arrives at the first pickup point till the final drop point respectively.

You are provided with the option for multiple stops however if necessary parking charges are payable.

Toll-Tax & Parking Charges are Excluded.

Vehicle Reservation fee of Rs.200/- has to be paid in advance.

Extra Charges above the mentioned KM Limit start from Rs.11/Km

MUMBAI DARSHAN

Starting Km/End Km and duration will be considered from where the first pickup/final drop and when the vehicle arrives at the first pickup point till the final drop point respectively.

You are provided with the option for multiple stops however if necessary parking charges are payable.

Trip includes 12 Hrs 120 Kms after KM Limit from Rs.11/Km & 150/Hr.

Vehicle Reservation fee of Rs.500/- has to be paid in advance.

Please Note - *We suggest that you make a note of the Start Km reading of your journey. *Accept responsibility of your valuables, Divine Travel Plans and none of its partners/drivers are responsible in case of any loss, damage during the journey. * Wear seat belts at the front and back seats throughout the journey, any fine/challan on the vehicle caused if rules are not followed by the passengers will have to paid at the end of the journey. *Its mandatory to wear seatbelts in Mumbai as per law and moreover its for your own safety.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELATION

We currently offer below modes of payments, we are in the process of introducing other payment options which will be updated as and when they are launched.

Directly via NEFT/IMPS to our Bank account.

Via UPI transfer on provided details at the time of the booking.

Cash 50% at the start of the trip and balance payable after the end of the journey.

Refunds & Cancellation

1. Refunds initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction was initiated.

2. In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your booked trip :- *We offer free cancelation if notified a day prior to the journey date. *For all other cancelation for booked trips, booking amount in case of One Way trips or 20% in case of all other trip types will be payable.

3. Airport Transfer: No Cancellation charges if we are notified at least 2 hours prior of pickup time post which booking fee is not refundable.

We need to be intimated 24 hrs prior of your actual journey date in case of any trip cancelation with the exception of Airport Transfer trips. Cancelation charges would be applicable if trip is canceled within 24 hrs of your journey dates for all other trip options available at www.divinetravelplans.com
